Baby Cohen | Birmingham Newborn Photographer

Last Saturday, Bo and I went to visit our new friends that we recently met in our small group at Church of the Highlands . Lindsey and Josh were blessed with their first born, Cohen Isaiah Pierce, on February 26. He is such an angel. While I photographed Cohen, Bo and Josh played some music with their guitars! Josh even serenaded Cohen right back to sleep. Congratulations you two! Cohen is beautiful and blessed with two amazing parents! :)

Nikki + Justin | Birmingham Wedding Photographer

Nikki & Justin were married March 7 at Northside Baptist in Jasper, AL. It was a gorgeous day! The reception was at Huckleberry Farm , a new venue in Jasper. I love the look and feel of this place (Rustic meets Elegance). They did a fabulous job with all the details. Check out the groom’s cake, Halo 3. Congratulations Nikki & Justin everything was beautiful!

Miss Raylynn

I drove up to Boaz on Tuesday and met Bethany so I could take a couple of new shots of Raylynn. I have not seen her since Christmas. She is growing so FAST! She is already crawling and is just about to stand on her own. How cute is she?

Refreshed

I just got back from a fabulous workshop hosted by Paul and Mecheal Johnson at their gorgeous studio gallery in Rosemary Beach, FL . I have always admired their work, it is truly breathtaking. But what is so awesome is how genuine they were throughout the whole experience. They were willing to share so much with us. It was a two day workshop filled with everything I needed to be refreshed. I am so excited to start implementing everything I learned into my business. Here are a few shots with my handy point & shoot of Paul + Mecheal in action!

I arrived a little early so I walked around and took a couple shots…beautiful place:)

Snow Day

I woke up this morning to get ready for church…and guess what…It was SNOWING!!! They always predict snow, but we never see any. It was so beautiful…like a winter wonderland. Of coarse it only lasted a couple of hours. I was glad I ran outside to take a couple shots before we left for church.

*Also, I will be out of town for a workshop this week. I will return all emails and phone calls on Friday.
