Blue Angels Airshow - Tuscaloosa, AL

We went to the Blue Angels Airshow last Saturday. It was a beautiful day! It is amazing what these pilots can do! I completely respect our military and their families for all they do to protect our country! God bless our troops!

Me & my hubby:)

Snow Day

I woke up this morning to get ready for church…and guess what…It was SNOWING!!! They always predict snow, but we never see any. It was so beautiful…like a winter wonderland. Of coarse it only lasted a couple of hours. I was glad I ran outside to take a couple shots before we left for church.

*Also, I will be out of town for a workshop this week. I will return all emails and phone calls on Friday.

My boys:)

Me and Charlie girl

Mr. Chip

Yesterday was so beautiful! I took a short break and took Chip outside to play. This dog eats, sleeps, and breaths to play with his toy. He was being so sweet I decided to get my camera out and take a couple of shots of him. He didn’t seem to mind at all…as long as I threw his toy after each shot. ;)

No Trespassing….

This past weekend Bo and I went home to visit with our families. It was such a warm beautiful day…I wish it would stay that way. I asked Bo to take a couple shots of me since I haven’t had any taken since this summer. There is this great field with this old block house that I have wanted to photograph in, so we decided to go there. Well, we hadn’t been there but just a couple minutes and a four wheeler was speeding through the field, we were asked to leave the property. :( You know what they say “It’s better to ask forgiveness than permission.” Oh well, we did get a couple shots. :)

The Whole Gang - family session

Ok, I know all of you who check this blog regularly remember sweet baby Maddux, Christy, and Matt. Well, right after Christmas Christy’s Mom, Dad, brother, and sister & her family drove from Oklahoma for a visit. Christy contacted me to do a family portrait, which they have never had done with everyone in it. Christy’s brother is a high school senior so we took a couple senior shots too. I had so much fun getting to know everyone and photographing you guys!

Emily

Meet my beautiful sister! I have not photographed her in forever! Since we were home this weekend I asked her if she would let me take a few photos of her. The neighbors probably thought we were crazy. We got up early Sunday morning before my two family sessions and walked around the neighborhood. I LOVE her eyes. They are so vivid! Thanks Emily, I love you! :)

I could not decide which shot I liked better, so I posted both! ;)
