Stacy+Kurt were married July 31 at Riverchase United Methodist Church. It was a beautiful church wedding, just what Stacy wanted! The reception was at The Hoover Country Club and Feel the Beat kept the crowd entertained late into the night! Here are a few favorites!

Robyn+Phillip welcomed their little bundle of joy into the world August 1! I just LOVE her hair! Congratulations you two! Your family is gorgeous!
Robyn+Phillip are expecting their first little one any day now! Baby “B” was due July 25 and is making everyone wait for her arrival! I cannot wait to meet her! Here are a few favorites from their maternity session.
I met up with the Myers Family a few weeks ago in the Boaz/Sardis area! I thought it was fitting location since Tiffany grew up there…we actually went to school together, K-12! Going back to the country to shoot is always fun! I LOVE that I had the privilege to photograph Kayne on his 2nd birthday! He is so cute! My favorites are the ones with the airplane. His grandfather is a pilot and this toy was given to the first grandchild…LOVE it!

When LeAnn called to see if I was available to shoot her wedding in August, I was so excited I was available! I have known LeAnn for quite some time; we went to high school together. Tim+LeAnn are SO sweet together! They even brought along two sweet fur babies! We had a time trying to get together for their e-session. We rescheduled three times in one weekend…crazy rain! We decided to start at 7 AM before they headed back to Tennessee…those who know me…this is super early. Thank goodness we did, by the time we were finishing up it starting pouring rain…again! Can’t wait till their wedding in Franklin, TN!

This angel came to see me a couple of weeks ago. Isn’t she gorgeous!?! I was so excited when her daddy gave me a call to set up a session. I use to work with Tom a few years ago at J. Alexander’s. Tom is an awesome person and so is his wife Jill. I am so glad I got to meet your little girl. Congratulations!
I had the pleasure of photographing this adorable family a few weeks ago. Hudson is definitely a busy one year old. He loves to run, climb, and play. Kathryn is a great big sister with a grown up personality! She and I had a great time walking and talking during our session at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. I had a wonderful time getting to know your family and look forward to working with you soon!

Now on to the ceremony, reception, and a few more portraits! Shana+Tom have lots of close family & friends with children, so they had lots of sweet little bell ringers, ring bearers, and flower girls. They all did so good, one flower girl even fell asleep! Shana’s grandfather escorted her down the aisle to her father. Shana has an extremely close relationship with her grandfather. In fact they were married on his 87th birthday, how special! The ceremony was filled with beautiful songs, prayer, and vows. It was a very emotional and sweet ceremony, many happy tears were shed! The reception was held in the gorgeous ballroom! Oh, and the bride’s cake was Shana’s recipe, icing and all! How awesome to have your own recipe for your wedding cake! Once Shana+Tom left in the horse & carriage, we decided it was time for a few more portraits! I LOVE when I have an opportunity to spend a little extra time with the Bride&Groom. The evening light was stunning! Shana+Tom, thank you so much for allowing Bo and I to capture your wedding day! We were honored to be there not only as photographers, but as friends! Love you guys!
